As we acquired ISO 9001 for the SMPS at January of 1995, we came to establish the
consistent quality assurance system from the design to the manufacturing, the inspection
and the service and tried to ensure the faithfulness on its application. |

Moreover, we have progressed active Q.C. operations and quality improvement actions at
each department and at each procedure aiming at contribute to the perfect quality from the
design stage to the shipment with introducing 100PPM from 1996. |

We have done various internal training and education for every level and function of all
employees while recognizing that the manpower is the core for the continuous quality
maintenance and the quality innovation. |

Furthermore, for the purpose of the uniform qualities and features, we have consistently
driven and executed the automation of manufacturing and inspection process from 1990. |
